Arrow Finance Complaints Procedure

Whilst our staff do everything possible to ensure that all our customers obtain a professional service. Should you for any reason feel that the service we have provided is not satisfactory; then you should contact us to seek details of our complaint handling procedure.

We will then inform you how to make a formal complaint and if you are not satisfied with our response then you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
